The room had a nice balcony with a small view of the bay. Walk across the road, along a track and you are at the beach. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly.

Unpleasant stay.
Over night stay. Pleasant greeting on arrival. Headed out for dinner. On return at 8:30 we were unable to heat the room. No instructions in room. We tried every possible setting but heater continued to blow cold air. On a freezing Melbourne winters night we finally requested assistance from office. Where we were made to feel very unwelcome as it was somehow our fault for not checking earlier in the day. This sour reception ruined our stay. Making us feel guilty for disturbing them. It was only 9 pm on a Friday night. Maybe next time they could supply their guests with some form of instruction and save themselves some grief.

Staff were lovely and the location is good. However our tv did not work, there was a lot of noise from the highway behind the property and the bed/pillows were very uncomfortable. Overall not a terrible stay but it was overpriced

Mixed. Very solid building, don't hear other guests at all. Super clean. Great location. Pool. Quiet courtyard. Nice balconies. Unfortunately: Very busy road so very noisy. Plumbing issue - can't get cold water, upstairs at least. Pillows like rocks. These are the only negatives.
