Shops were very near and a good pub on the corner. Kitchen could of used with more equipment. There was only 1 small coffee cup and 1 wine glass. No sharp knife, peelers or graters Bathroom has been done up and had a lovely big shower.

It was close to public transport tram stop, bus stop that can take u to Melbounre city at Kew Woolworths , Coles , Mc Donald’s KFC and all local restaurants were very close by Good parking space The admin staff - Lee was kind and supportive

Room appeared fairly clean however BUGS found in between the sheets and on inspection the mattress was filthy all over, stains, blood & looked like large dry pieces of something all over the mattress , offered 2 other rooms and when sheets checked both had small bugs although not adults line I have on video . We checked out immediately , further 2 days refunded although we still paid for the 1st day ( unaware) and the complaint day as after 2 pm ... not happy.

What we like is the Bathroom it's nice and the bed is comfy enough to sleep in. A bit needs to be fixed here and there. Overall we enjoyed our stayed

Check in was friendly. Room was clean but in need of repairs. Tiles in kitchen area, mould on grout on bathroom tiles. My husband fixed the loose toilet seat. Minor repairs could enhance overall appearance and a higher charge rate for the room. Ok for one night.

I made a booking and arrived shortly after midnight to check in after i was attending a concert. The building was locked, nobody was in the reception building, and i called every after-hours number displayed on the entrance but nobody responded. We had to drive to a mate's house to stay for the night, and I'm trying to get a refund for the booking since we never actually got to stay at the motel

The property did not look like the photographs. Also, the check in times listed when I booked did not match the actual times. When I booked the property on the app, it said I would have until 7pm to check in, but at 4pm on the day I received a message that said 6pm - because I had planned to arrive at 6:30 and was travelling a long distance, this was stressful as I had to try to organise late check-in at the last minute. I tried calling several times and no one answered. Eventually, someone got back to me via a message. I was also not provided with check out instructions or the WiFi password. I would not stay at the property again.

Location was perfect for us, but disappointed with the condition of the room. Curtains were falling off the rod and ceiling fixtures were full of insects. Extraction fan over hotplate was missing and poor lighting over food prep area. Bathroom was fine and bed was comfortable

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the room was quite bad! The blanket was yellow and stains on the bed. The whole hotel had a rancid smell of cigarettes wafting through the hallways. The only good thing I could say about my stay is that the man who checked us in was absolutely lovely!
