A grand tiled entry with attractive modern art, leads you to the large open plan living area located at the rear of the property with exceptional glass bi fold doors that bring the entire outdoor entertaining area indoors. You will have nothing but an abundance of space to entertain all your family and friends. The pool, sunlounges, casual table and chairs, portico ceiling fan, outdoor dining table & chairs, umbrella & BBQ. The backyard is fully fenced and gated.
A tasteful palette of furnishings and appliances are meticulously appointed in the kitchen, meals & living areas.
The gourmet kitchen is a pleasure to utilise, so much space, cupboards, equipped with quality appliances and accessories. The adjoining butlers pantry is a superb bonus for extra preparation. A large dining table to seat 12.
The open plan area is cooled by a split system air-conditioner, the living area provides comfort with a leather modular lounge facing the warming gas wall mounted fireplace, delightful in the cooler months, the reverse side of this room provides a second living area with a second lounge suite, fireplace and a large wall mounted smart TV. Wi-Fi is provided.
Adjoining the butlers pantry is the fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer, storage and cleaning appliances.

Your Pet is considered by application only. Small, hypoallergenic. A description is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies. Property is fenced and secure.
LINEN
A complete bed and bathroom linen package is included with all bookings. A cleaning fee applies for each booking $275.00. 7 night or more bookings are exempt.

No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests of 28+ yrs will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.
