My stay was very happy because the staff always made me feel so welcorme. Unfortunately it ended when I contracted Covid (in no way the fault of the Brady), and Amy at the front de sk kindly arranged an an appointment with a doctor who was available on Sunday morning. I thank everyone for their care and help.

Upon checking in, I noticed nail clippings left by previous guests, which raised concerns about the thoroughness of the cleaning process. There has been construction near the hotel for the past two years, which not only makes it challenging for taxis to drop off at the main road but also contributes to noise disturbances during the night

The staff is friendly, very helpful, and approachable. We have no issues expressing our needs. The location is convenient, but there are also nearby hotels. However, I have the following feedback and observations: 1. Ongoing Construction There is ongoing construction at the hotel entrance, which, according to locals, will continue for over a year. This makes accessibility challenging, especially for transportation and unloading luggage. Additionally, light sleepers should be cautious. 2. Hotel Location Although the hotel's location seems simple and easy to find, due to the construction and its position off the main street, it took us a while to locate it. 3. Housekeeping Our business partner arranged our stay. I've had two separate stays at this hotel and noticed that their housekeeping could be improved. They don't make the bed or thoroughly clean the bathroom. For instance, used and wet towels are left on the floor. Their cleaning seems minimal, so the room and bathroom are nearly the same after returning from work. Perhaps this is their hotel culture. 4. Shower Area The shower area is poorly designed, resulting in the bathroom getting wet after bathing, regardless of how careful you are. This is especially frustrating during cooler seasons. Additionally, the shower head is loose and doesn't fit well, making it difficult to use. 5. Checkout Time The local checkout time is 10:30 a.m. Late checkout at 11:30 a.m. can be requested, but any time later will result in an ext
