False advertising this is not a motel or a caravan park it is a charity managed residential rental community. Dogs off lead in supposed bbq area, dogs in rooms barking all night noisey aircon units dirty bathrooms and smoking vaping drunk people in pool area. Kids throwing stones in pool . Not what I expected when booking a place I had stayed at before as a caravan park.

Cheap and cheerful. This is my second time staying. Rooms are in good condition for the price and quite clean. Would love to see security screens on the sliding glass entry door.
