Check in was at 3pm, we arrived at 4pm and was told that our room still wasn’t ready and we would need to wait another 20-25 minutes. When questioned about why our room wasn’t ready as check in was at 3pm, the receptionist just smiled and said housekeeping. Our room had no cutlery, no plates, no cups, nothing. We had a bin with no bin bag in it. Had 1 towel for 4 occupants. Seems as if they tried to rush the housekeeping job and forgot a lot of things.

A nice hotel in a really good location. I arrived in a car and left it in the car park for the for the duration of my stay. You only pay $17 for each exit and it is only about a 2-3 minute walk to reception.

Room was central to the casino and the aquarium. Short walk to the cbd and trams are easily accessible. Otties breakfast dine-in was a mouth-watering experience, well worth the small price add-on to our stay. The room was well prepared and comfortable considering the size.

The property was beautiful and the foyer was styled beautiful for Christmas. You are walking distance to everything you need and don’t really require a car if staying here. The room was modern and spacious and the staff were all lovely. We would stay here again.

Thought the location was amazing. Price good, new and quiet. One issue was I chose a discounted car park which made the cost $17 which is great. But I arked in the wrong car park and it became $77 which wasnot good. Double check the name of car park.

Staff had problems understanding English. Frustrating having to ask questions over and over until the staff could understand my questiopn. I had two issues - the first was a problem with check in as I booked a higher level room and was given the basic room then I wanted a late check out and the reception person could not understand what I was asking when I asked if there was an extra charge.
