We’ve stayed here many times and it has always been a 10 out of 10 but this time was different because the cleaning quality, and the staff, which was probably our favourite qualities in the past. I’m assuming the “respect” was gone when I had some card troubles as my overseas card was acting up, found countless cleaning errors which is something I’m usually not upset about as it is a meticulous job and very challenging but we had dirty tissues behind the bed, coins under the bed too, disgustingly dirty fridge and the tv was very faulty (which happens we understand) but the snobby attitude from the housekeepers and front desk, it definitely ruined the amazing past experiences, the hotel is still stunning and has everything you’d want but the staff were very nasty, not the restaurant/bar staff, especially the lady with the morning coffee and pastries, she was amazing and so was the restaurant staff along with the food and the quality. I really hope this comes off as constructive criticism as we are a fan of the hotel and everything has to offer. I hope our next stay is better than this one and more like the ones in the past
