Great location, friendly helpful staff. A few items in the room needed replacing and repairing, heating and cooling did not work in the room, remote needed replacing and iron needed servicing or replacing. Linen and bedding was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was very good.

The hotel is well located for the Southern Cross Station and football at Marvel Stadium. Short tram ride to centre of the city. The property is dated but comfortable with affordable eating in close proximity to the hotel.

This hotel has a great location to transit, restaurants and shopping. Very close to the river for a nice walk. The hotel is a bit stingy on towels, shampoo etc. had to keep asking for what we needed. Staff is very friendly and prompt.
