Room needs alot of attention asap, from black mold in the bathrooms, heaps of dust in the vents and 3 lights with no lights and just holes and overall needs a lot of work, pictures aren’t accurate. Asked for a full refund but was only given 2 days. Had to check out and find another hotel.

Disgusting and dirty! Old needs an update! Bathroom dirty, unable to open windows! Aircon was filthy! No iron or ironing board! Dirty saucepans in drawers. Wifi didn’t work tv didn’t work!

We have never stayed in a place so dirty. When we first walked in the smell was overwhelming. The carpet outside the bedroom door was saturated. We told reception and they didn’t care. There were cobwebs everywhere. A small snail stuck on the wall of the bedroom. The split system was unusable as it was so dirty.

Dirty and dusty unit needs an overhaul. Bed was falling apart, super hard mattress. Pillows are terrible, lounges felt like they fall apart at any not.

The online photos misrepresent the age and condition of the property, which is quite old and poorly maintained. The amenities and cleanliness are average, and the rate charged is to far too expensive for this standard of accommodation

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The shower didn’t work, and the entire room was covered in mold. The smell was unbearable, like someone had been living there for weeks without any cleaning. I had to go out and buy room spray just to mask the stench enough to get through the night. Cobwebs in the corners, grime on every surface—this place was filthy beyond belief. I wouldn’t even let my dog stay here. For what they charge, this is highway robbery. This place is subpar, disgusting, and completely misrepresented online. I later found a review mentioning the same issues, and that a staff member admitted the government had been paying them to house the homeless, which explained the awful stench. Apparently, they ‘can’t afford’ proper cleaning, but they still charge absurd rates like it’s a 4-star hotel! The photos online are seriously outdated and should be removed immediately—they don’t reflect the reality of this dump. I’ve stayed in hotels in third-world countries that were cleaner and better maintained than this. Save yourself the nightmare and look elsewhere.

The apartment was large, but definitely needed some work. Windows frames and blinds were black with mould, walls dirty, cobwebs, fridge noisy, oven temp and settings worn off. Oddly, there were more irons than water glasses. Beds and kitchen were clean.

Photos on website were not accurate Property was filthy and smelt terrible . Looked like it had never been cleaned . I checked in went into the room and checked out straight away I travel almost weekly and book via hotels.com and upon advising them I was told a refund was not an option . I have never experienced anything like this before

dissapointed.
unfortunately the cleanliness was way below standard there was mould on the blinds, the dryer didn't work properly, there was a burnt out lamp in the main bedroom, black mould in the bathroom lounges were extremely uncomfortable felt like you sat on an angle and on the floor, not the right amount of crockery and all the pans to cook with had black burnt stuff in them. so we could not utelise the cooking in the room. when i spoke to reception all i got was yep ok ill pass on to housekeeping.

Terrible. Photo's do not represent reality. There is tired, then there is Hawthorn East Serviced apartments. Weeds in garden, stains on carpet, holes in doors, graffiti on outdoor table. Just no.
