We had a 2 night stay over this past weekend (17th & 18th) for a small vacation. We paid close to $300 for a King room.
Problem #1: When we got to our room the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. No big deal but by the time the maintenance people came at 8am the next morning we managed to get it to work.
Problem #2: There was mold on the curtains in the room. *pictures below* I mentioned this to the front desk staff so they were aware and I was offered a breakfast voucher and maintenance request. They also offered to switch our room but by this time it was already later in the afternoon and we were checking out very early the following morning. So I just let it go because they were supposed to come and fix it. I took a photo after the maintenance request was supposedly completed and it was the exact same; nothing was done. This is the last photo posted.
Problem #3: Our comforter was torn up and the floor had nasty stains all over it. *Pictures Below* They stated they had no extra comforters. I understand stains on the floor but this one spread across the floor.
The food was good and the staff were friendly, but the upkeep of the rooms was not up to par and it was kind of disappointing.
