Was advised room would be ready for check in at 3pm which is usual check in time. Arrived at hotel at 3.30 and was advised there was a 15 min delay…all okay. After asking at reception twice finally received key at 4.40…..not a great first impression and as we had to be out again by 5 it left us rushed and very inconvenienced. The room was good and clean and area great for getting around.

Hotel was very lovely. Pool was nice and quiet. Room was very comfy. Restaurant was very nice. However, the bathroom was open, the internet connection was blotchy, and bathroom lights were not work working.

It was lovely. We had to change rooms due to our balcony room smelling like cigarettes. The staff at the front desk were so helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and room very clean. I wasn’t a fan of the buffet breakfast.
