The lights over the bed were broken, toilet was so noisy as the water tank has some problem. We did not use the shower because of looking unclean. But its budget hotel and position is great - so close everything of CBD.

Great Location okay for a night or two. Terrible food smell in lobby when walking in. Clean but really small room guess it is budget accommodation.
Reception Staff were nice and very helpful. I left my phone charger in room accidently after checking out and no one returned, or contacted me which is a bit disappointing .
I travel for work every week and I can say without a doubt this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was $239 but I wouldn't go back if it was free. Room is tiny, lock on door didn't really work so felt unsafe, toilet and shower basically in the room and bed was so uncomfortable. The only positive was the women at the front desk was fantastic and super helpful. There are other far better budget friendly options in Melbourne.

Difficult to Uber to and from hotel due to location but the main issue I had was the bed was extremely hard and not particularly comfortable, it was genuinely like sleeping on the ground
Very small room
Felt claustrophobic no opening windows for ventilation
But overall good location to transport & other things we wanted to do

Cheap but still immaculately clean room. Will definitely stay here again while in Melbourne. Close proximity to everything and very competitive pricing.
The ONLY downside is that I arrived after the lobby door locks and the "24 hour" front desk did not let me in for over 15 minutes. Luckily another guest was coming back in and I was able to be sheltered from the elements until the reception returned.
This was an overnight stay prior to going into hospital, I didn't have much time to observe the area etc.

The pictures that are provided did not match the room that i obtained. Tiny, old carpet, stains on the shower walls and on the paint walls.
Needs major upgraded - combine two rooms to make one

As a budget hotel, there is not much to ask for. Easy in and out
Bed lights broken. Did not work. Bed linen very good. Table stem broken. No bathroom basin space for anything. Limited power points. Air con disgusting.and OLD
The property was definitely a ultra budget hotel, however they charged overpriced room rates because of the Afl grand final. They were painting the hallways it had a very strong smell. The room next to us was soooo noisy at 4am in the morning.
My husband killed a giant cockroach in the toilet and we were kn ths 3rd floor.
Anytime we got in the lifts there was spit on the ground and rubbish left behind by uncaring customers
The bed was small possibly a double.
Not the place to stay for 5 night's
