Very clean and spacious. Fantastic view of Flemington racecourse
Because the room was booked on wrong day. So I missed out on a night and then they gave it to someone else so that to me is double dipping. The next night because I ran late for bookin they gave it to someone else and it toke way over two hours to get a room that I had already paid for two nights . When I got the room no tea coffee sugar ,towels or soap or body wash,no milk. I should be credited two nights for the poor effort they gave me. Waste of time and money . Don’t go there
Property was great for the price and very spacious. There is a lot of building work going on around so very noisy early in the mornings

On arrival, I had to park illegally while checking in, as the cul-de-sac was already crowded with other cars. Apart from that, everything was excellent. The view from the 7th floor was magnificent.

Amazing room, spacious, clean and everything supplied for a great stay. Reception was amazing and very helpful. Only downside is the area around the hotel is a massive construction zone. Being woken up by tradesmen at 6:30 in the morning is not ideal, however you can’t blame the hotel or its staff for that. Overall an amazing stay and would definitely recommend.
