Our apartment was absolutely perfect for what we needed. In a safe, private location. Everything was clean and tidy, it was lovely to walk through the courtyard. We wished we could have used the apartment more, we only spent time sleeping! The staff are absolutely amazing, so incredibly helpful and friendly. They certainly made our stay great!

We enjoyed our stay at the Metropole, Melbourne. The property is not exactly brand new but the room was the size of a small apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in/out was very easy and quick. There is also car parking available. We would stay there again.

Property was very dormlike. Clean but in need of touch ups everywhere. One toilet did not flush properly. Curtains were off track and looked dirty. Balcony door did not lock. Staff was lovely as expected. Washing machine in the apartment was a welcome bonus!

Having a clothes washer and dryer is a great feature for longer stays. As is having kitchen facilities. Really close to tram stop, making it perfect for exploring the city. Proximity to St Vincent’s hospital also great for those needing to visit loved ones in the hospital or for those needing to get to early appointments.
