The TV channels did not work in our room, which hurts when you are trying to entertain little ones in a tiny room. It took the staff over an hour to respond to our request for help after a follow up call. The staff member who showed up didn’t have any technical expertise, so they eventually moved us to another room. In the morning, the same issue repeated - TV channels did not work.

Checked in late and there was a cancelled flight. Overloaded with unexpected guests. No shuttle service. Had to walk and pedestrian access from Terminal 1, 2 and 3 is very difficult. Minimal help at reception. Otherwise reataurant service was quick and exceptional despite being busy. Check out and shuttle service back was great.

A bed for the night in a soulless hotel, though on plus side, super convenient to the airport. Check-In experience poor - self-serve machines not working (get most of way through process then failed at last step, frustrating). Long, slow queues. Food expensive.

The room was stunning, nice view, but we did complain about the air con not cooling the room down. We had to just cope with it all night and we didn’t get the best sleep. For the price I am disappointed due to this . Also the parking is a lot ontop of the fee for the room. The parking people were rude.
