Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room corridors had a musty/mildew smell. Bed was a double even though we’d booked a queen. Parking lot was a fair walk and the breakfast was in a cafe across the road (using a prepaid voucher system). Food was nice and coffee was very good.

Well appointed and styled, this boutique hotel doesn’t have all the amenities of a larger hotel but it’s perfect for the traveller visiting Melbourne to get out and about as its positioned within walking distance to theatres, great restaurants, and public transport. The staff were all great too.
