From check in to check out, staff was very kind! They always brought fresh towels, replenished tea, coffee, cookies, shampoo, soap, and conditioner. The room was extremely comfortable and clean, and the location is convenient to everywhere! I would definitely stay here again
The family room stinks of cigarette smoke. When the staff were told they said there’s no smoking in the rooms but the way the building is set up the cigarette smoke is going straight under the gap in the door. There are lots of younger people here tonight and they are smoking straight outside the door. Lucky they are close to the hospital for asthma attacks. The rooms were meant to be sound proof but again because of the gap under the door it is soooo noisy. I made an extremely poor choice will be going back to the regular choices
Great easy place to find, stay and park in. Clean and private. I would go bsck
No milk which pained me greatly. Parking high risk for high vehicles especially further in which pained me much more as I hit it.
Great stay.However disappointed at the response on departure of staff relating to a bed linen issue.Would have liked it taken more seriously.Perhaps some compensation was in order also
Very clean. Helpful staff. Good basic hotel for a short stay. Noisy traffic but it’s location near very busy roads makes that expected. Location was perfect for me.

Looks dated from the outside but nice enough on the inside.
Perfect location for our visits to the Childrens hospital. Would stay again for this purpose
