Overnight stay but convenient, easy to check in late, friendly staff we met on checkout, room was very comfortable & itc as easy to walk out for dinner & to the supermarket for exercise after travelling all day.

The location is good, close to the beach and church street shops. Reception staffs were friendly although not all very efficient. However, the hotel facilities can be improved. The water temperature in shower was not stable. The mini fridge was just next to the bed and constantly making noise. There were also frequent noises from trains and traffic on the main road, which were particularly annoying in the night time. With all those noises I can’t really rest well in this place.

The only suggestion we had was that the underground parking should be secured the entire time and not just at night. The hotel might like to add Church Street and the Bistro next door to their list of recommended places to eat

Exactly what was expected from a Quest, just a few of things to be aware of - floor tiles very slippery when wet, poor water pressure in shower and bizarrely the mattress protector is so slippery the sheet slides every time you move and makes a noise 😂.
