Car park not fit for purpose
The staff were lovely and friendly The car park was not fit for purpose and I would have been better off using the Wilson’s car park down the road which was not only cheaper but bigger spaces I have a wide wheel base car which meant that to negotiate the turns and the car space had to do several backwards and forwards turns All in all it took a stressful half hour to get parked I would have appreciated a heads up from management when I asked about parking I even saw small cars struggle Also the compendium clearly states that all biscuits teas and coffees would be refreshed during the clean However , this was not the case We were told that the two biscuits that were there for our five visitors were complimentary on the first night only when i questioned it I felt that all in all the stay was overpriced for what we received Having said that , it was very clean and the beds were comfortable

The quest is great place to stay on Southbank nice clean rooms. We it booked 3 bedroom apartment but was canceled due aircon they put us on 2 rooms which we weren’t happy about B ut it all worked out and staff did everything to make us happy
