The property is very dirty. The corridors & room smelled an awful smell. There was noise in the building. People yelling, drunk people outside, the main glass door was smashed. The furniture was dusty & smelly including pillows and bed sheets. The curtains were broken and allowed light to come through early morning.
It was dirty, the door lock did not work, the light fitting was smashed, there was no bed light, most power points did not work. A paint job on one wall was not finished. It stank of smoke
Might need to some maintenance around the building. Better kitchen facilities required. Leaking toilet in bathroom. One thin quilt on a 4 degree night. Cable tie under the sheet of single bed. Chocolate milk spilt all over wall next to main bed, sheets covered in same chocolate milk.
If you are on a tight budget and can accept a partly repurposed, almost derelict property with parking, cooking, and good access to public transport, you should consider the price worth considering. If you are looking for a tidy, comfortable and well appointed room, perhaps look elsewhere.
We found an unlockable door, broken stove top and unworking TV, among other things but managed to negotiate a fair solution and appreciated the attractive price for a convenient location. The bed, toilet and shower all allowed us to enjoy our stay albeit without the comforts Australian travellers would normally expect.
There were cockroaches all over my room. A lot of yelling and strange behavior from other guests. The property initially didn't accept my credit card. They didn't clean my room. They don't respond to emails. There was no remote control for the tv.
This is not a hotel of apartments, it is a very old run down apartment building where the owners of the room hire them out.
The twin room was actually a single room (the pictures are out dated and entirely fake). It was supposed to have a double bed and a single bed, it only had a fold out couch. Which if folded out you couldn't get to the tiolet.
The room had damage and i had to ask for a key to be able to look the security screen, which they had to give me the master key as the didn't have another one.
Just don't stay here. The only good thing about the whole place was the lovely front desk person. He tried his best to help and when he realised the next day that we didn't stay he was happy to provide an almost complete refund.
There were no fly screens on the windows, no airconditioning just a slow ceiling fan. We didn't stay, we checked in at 6pm and left at 6.30pm to get other accommodation.
