The spacious home is fringed by Indigenous landscaping, a lush lawn, and a crazy paved, sunny terrace. Stroll sown to the coveted Peninsula Pantry for coffee and delicious food, as well Penni Ave Distillery. The close proximity to world-class golf courses, Peninsula Hot Springs, Alba thermal springs, Rye pier, strip shopping, and Number 16 surf beach adds instant appeal to this seaside sanctuary. Well designed property
We were a group of 9 people and we found it to be very well designed and suited our needs for an end of week get away with 3 generations of family. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The key lock was abit tricky to open. Really appreciated the dishwasher

A great house for friends and families
Loved that the house had two separate spaces with the bungalow out the back and the outdoor area was just beautiful. Plenty of space and open living and dining.

Immaculate accommodation
The property was amazing. Very clean and beautifully presented. However, it did not mention on the website that the house was split into two. As in there was a main house and then a sort of bungalow that matched the house. This was where the children’s bunks were. It made it difficult as we could not hear the children when we watched tele a night and we had to lock them in as they were young children. The heating in the bungalow didn’t work amazingly. In the children’s bunk room the heating didn’t work at all. We are in the middle of winter so this made the room very uncomfortable. Otherwise this is an amazing place to stay.

Great get away
Great property with all modern amenities to make the stay very comfortable. The only problem we had was with lock in bathroom door could not open after locking. No biggie highly recommend.
