We only stayed one night but it was a smooth check in process, clean and comfortable accommodation, nice quiet room, easy self parking and the staff were very friendly and happy to answer our questions. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location. A lovely half hour stroll into the city!! Staff were very polite and made you feel welcome. Good parking under the building. The sofa and dining chairs needed updating. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again.

Our two-room apartment was a bit outdated but overall it was spacious with a kitchen, so we were mostly satisfied. I docked off stars for cleanliness because housekeeping didn’t properly remove our trash, they left pieces of trash on our kitchen floor and didn’t clean it up. We also requested cleaning service on a Sunday, but housekeeping never came.

Clean, it smelled of cake in the lift area upstairs. Close to the tram. The noise of the trams wasn't too overbearing. Quiet area and a handy Woolies metro around the corner. Easy to get to central shopping , MCG and Rod Laver Arenas. The only minor issue was no blankets on the first night but we did get some the next day. Staff were lovely and helpful. Also bear in mind there is limited room cleaning on weekends. Overall a nice stay.

The room was good. The staff were friendly when we arrived and when we checked out. There isnt a public lift from the car park so we were told when we arrived to unload your luggage before parking which was fine you just have to walk up a few steps. Just wanted to mention this incase people have mobility needs.

I found it difficult getting into the bath for the shower, and definitely needs a non slip mat in both the bath and the floor when getting out. Also the curtains in the bedroom need attention as light came in all night.
