2 night stay here with extra cost for on-site parking. Comfortable bedding, sufficient amenities but lacking a pot to use on the hot plates. Couch only seating for one. Otherwise adequate table and chairs. Wifi good. Lifts excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. No restaurant open on site but staff would deliver door dash or similar orders to your room. Tram stop at end of street. Would stay here again.

Bathroom shower was broken and no instructions on how to use the microwave convention oven. Also smoked alarm went off on Friday. There was no communication or OH&S to guide or communicate to guests. Only warning message over speaker. As guest we needed to enquire where to go or what was happening. On investigation told it was false due to a system error.

Fantastic 10 day stay. Cannot fault anything. Very comfortable bed, blackout curtains and very clean. Lovely staff. Amazing location in a great area. Being just off the tram line at Arthur Street, The Kinson was ideal. The kitchenette was more than ample - thank goodness for the dishwasher. The restaurant below is Italian. The mushroom pizza with truffles and the gnocci were memorable. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. Very easy to get to the MCG #BRISBANE and Rod Laver Arena
