Very nice property, clean and tidy. Near Melbourne University with supermarket and convenient stores nearby. Parking outside the property on the meter space is free between 6:30pm to 7:30am. The staff is very responsive to email enquiries.

Nice apartment a 10min walk from the free tram zone (Queen Victoria Market). We got upgraded to a larger 2 bedroom apartment, having only booked a one bed. Swimming pool is a nice perk and having the washer/dryer is very useful. As housekeeping is only once per week, it would be useful if some more cleaning supplies could be provided.

Property was smaller than expected, and smaller than a room we had booked here last time. It was decent for 2 adults, if the 4 of us had of stayed it would have been cramped. Tram stop in walking distance which was amazing and very convenient. Lygon street in walking distance also. Will definitely stay here again. Staff also super friendly and fantastic communication

Stayed in a 2 bed 1 bathroom apartment for 5 nights as a family of 4. The apartment was spacious and clean. Sufficient supplies in the kitchen for making breakfast each day. Great having washer and dryer too. Only downside was there was only one small couch so difficult for us to sit together to watch tv. The apartment was opposite the hospital so occasionally heard the helicopter landing but didn’t bother us with the doors closed. Great location with free tram a block away. Gorvett was very prompt with any questions we had. Would stay again.
