This property has had a lot of issues with air conditioning not working at all over 12 months and it looks like they haven't been fixed in all that time. Didn't know about this until we arrived for check-in and it was too late to rebook with another hotel. It's also not staffed 24 hours of the day, so better not lose your key or need something in the middle of the night. The rooms were big and well equipped but the toilet and bathroom are in need of upgrade. If the air con is working, this is at best a three star hotel, but if the AC isn't fixed, I would avoid it in the height of summer.

Good position in the CBD Unit was ok , you get what you pay Hot /cold water in shower was a mm between boiling and cold. Also was told after check in that AC was not working in building (would be a deal breaker in hot weather)

The air conditioning in the whole hotel was broken so the rooms were very hot. Staff provided us with 2 fans and with the windows open it was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and the apartments are beautiful with a great view of the city. Loved it

The hotel called me the night before I arrived to confirm my time of arrival but did not notify me that the AC is not working!!! I had to find out only upon arrival when obviously it was too late. The room is very old and the carpets are extremly dirty and old.

Stay elsewhere! Dirty rooms and rude staff
There are only two positive aspects of this property: the friendly reception staff and the convenient location. Unfortunately, the quality of the rooms leaves much to be desired. Despite being assured of a "deep clean," my room was still unclean on a second attempt. Thick dust coated the picture frames above the bed (which I had to clean myself), and there was a gap in the bathroom between the bath and shower that had clearly been neglected for some time—alive bugs included (I cleaned this too). The carpets were littered with stuck-on gum and food, the sofas were stained, and the fridge area had not been cleaned in ages. The curtains were falling down (unfortunately, I didn’t photograph this), and the bath plug was unusable as its seal had completely disintegrated. To make matters worse, one cleaning staff member displayed unprofessional behavior, directing their stress at me as a guest. When I raised concerns, I was met with the response: "We are understaffed, so what do you want? Now or tomorrow?" This confrontational attitude was entirely inappropriate. While I understand they were facing staffing challenges, this is not something a guest should have to endure. Overall, this was a highly disappointing stay. I wouldn’t stay here again and strongly recommend spending an extra $50–$60 for a proper hotel experience elsewhere.

Unit was a little dusty. Don't think it has had a good clean for some time. Also our unit had mould in the silicone around the bath and needs replacing. Not too noisy and a good view of the post office clock.
