Large lovely glazed (sliding) winter garden where you can sit and enjoy the view of the golf course and the evening sun.
Only 2 km car / bike / walking path to Vita Sandars Camping, where there is something for both big and small; heated pool, mini golf course, tennis, climbing nets, hiking trails and karaoke & troubadour evenings etc.
On the other side 2 km car / bike / walking path is Sunnanå Harbor where there is access to fishing, boating, hiking trails and a cozy harbor inn with entertainment some evenings during the summer.

Golf course: Mellerud Golf Club's 18 hole course. Very nice restaurant serving breakfast as well as lunch buffet.


Trolling fishing: Sweden's best trolling lake! Book a fishing guide service through Fiskeland Dalsland or Dalslands fishing. In the lake that is Sweden's largest lake you do not need a fishing license.

Hiking trails: Pilgrim trail - From Holm's church outside Mellerud to Edsleskog's church in Åmål municipality. Karl XII's route - From Dals Rostock across Kroppefjäll to Järbo.

Places to visit: Dalsland's canal / Håverud-Upperud where you can also rent boats, canoes, kayaks or book excursions by sightseeing boat.

Bathing: Bathing is at the shallow white sandy beach of Vita Sannar where there is also a heated pool. The town hall in Mellerud provides opportunities for bathing all year round.

We had a warm welcome and very nice stay at the house. The house is spotless and well equiped. Located near the owners place but owners do not interfere. Nice view over the golfcourse. Recommend this house!

Es war wunderschön!
Super tolles Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offenlässt, in wunderschöner Natur. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Geeignet zum Erholen, aber auch für verschiedene Aktivitäten in naher Umgebung. Das Zentrum von Mellerud, der Hafen oder auch ein Badestrand sind nicht weit entfernt. Zum Wandern sind verschiedene Naturreservate per Auto schnell erreichbar. Vielen Dank nochmal an unsere netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Superhärlig miljö och jättefint hus
Det var riktigt trevligt, jättefint och fräscht hus och massa fin natur runt om, perfekt för promenader och grillning och för barn att leka, lugnt och skönt. Dessutom väldigt trevligt bemötande av värden!

Tolles Haus und sehr freundliche Vermieter
Ich kann den Gesamteindruck der anderen Bewertungen nur bestätigen. Das Haus ist fantastisch, der Wintergarten mit dem Ausblick wirklich toll. Das gesamte Grundstück ist super gepflegt und sehr liebevoll angelegt. Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel mit 7 Pers. in dem Haus. Die Ausstattung lies bei uns keine Wünsche offen. Leider hatten wir keinen Schnee, haben die gemeinsame Zeit und die tolle Landschaft aber dennoch genossen.

Erholsame Ferien in einem wunderschönen, gepflegten Ferienhaus
Wir haben das erste mal über fewo-direkt ein Ferienobjekt gebucht und wussten nicht so recht ob alles klappen wird und wie genau alles ablaufen wird. Dieses Haus stach uns sofort ins Auge mit dem wunderschönen Wintergarten und auch die Gästebewertungen versprachen einen erholsamen Aufenthalt! Die Küche bot alles, was man sich nur vorstellen kann, von Mikrowelle über Toaster, bis hin zu Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Leider hatten wir nur 1 Woche gebucht, was viel zu kurz war. Doch diese Woche haben wir sehr genossen und verbrachten viel Zeit im und ums Haus. Fast täglich haben wir im Garten grilliert und die Abende draussen verbracht. Wir wussten nicht, dass wir vorgängig noch Bettwäsche hätten buchen müssen. Aber Lena und Lennarts anwesender Sohn organisierte am Sonntag die Dame die das Haus reinigt, welche ganz unkompliziert am Sonntag Abend Bettwäsche vorbei brachte! Herzlichen Dank:-)! Alles verlief sehr unkompliziert und ohne grossen Aufwand. Uns stachen auch die vielen Pflanzen ins Auge, die liebevoll gepflegt werden, was nicht selbstverständlich ist für ein Ferienhaus. Kurz, wir fühlten uns wie Zuhause und würden sofort wieder kommen!!! Vielen lieben Dank

Tolles Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Lage perfekt, ruhig und gut angebunden. Die Kommunikation mit Lena einfach und problemlos. Zu empfehlen ist der Strand Nas sannar- liegt in Richtung Järn.

Superschönes Haus und Umgebung, sehr nette Gastgeber. Tolle Betten.
Das Haus liegt an einer ruhigen Strasse mit Blick auf den Golfplatz. Wir konnten von dem Wintergarten aus einen Elch, Wildenten, und einen jungen Fuchs beobachten, der dicht an die Terrasse am Haus heran kam. Hinter dem Haus ist ein Waldstück, in welchem wir Rehe beobachten konnten. Das Haus hat eine Belüftungsanlage, welche sehr angenehm war. Wir haben in den Betten gut schlafen können. Die gesamte Einrichtung des Hauses ist hochwertig und elegant. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Die Vermieter sind supernett und hilfsbereit. Danke Lena und Lennart! Lena hat uns auch geholfen ein Motorboot mieten zu können, da wir nicht gut schwedisch sprechen.

Summer in Sweden
Dear Lena and Lennart! We thank you so much for our great stay at your cottage in Mellerud! You are so lovely and helped us to get to know the area around Mellerud, Haverud and the beautiful lakes! Thanks a lot for the information! The cottage always was clean and we could use the washing machine without paying additionally costs. We had a great view from the cozy conservatory. God oplevelse
Dejligt bjælkehus, med alle moderne bekvemmeligheder. Huset ligger i naturskønt område med skov og golfbane som nabo. Desuden er byen Mellerud tæt ved, med alle indkøbsmuligheder. Også tæt på Vaneren, med masser af aktivitetsmuligheder. Dejligt hus, Dejlig beliggenhed, vi kommer igen.

Tolles Haus mit guter Lage und sehr netten Gastgebern
Schon vor Antritt der Reise war der Kontakt zu Lena super. Sie hat immer sehr herzlich und schnell auf alle Fragen geantwortet. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und man hat sich auf anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Es liegt perfekt um einfach mal vom Alltag abzuschalten. Wir haben die Abende vor allem auf der Terrasse und dem "Wintergarten" genossen. Mit ein wenig Glück hat man die Chance (so wie wir) einen Elch direkt am Haus zu sehen. Zusätzlich wurden wir von den Gastgebern sogar zu einer kleinen Siedlung gefahren, in welcher gerade eine Elchfamilie gesichtet wurde. Auf Nachfrage haben wir auch diverse andere Tipps für Ausflüge etc. bekommen. Man kann in kurzer Zeit sehr viele schöne Naturreservate zum Wandern mit dem Auto erreichen, jedoch gibt es auch schöne Strecken in direkter Nähe zu Fuß zu erkunden. Vielen Lieben Dank an Lena und Lennart für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Wir freuen uns, wenn wir noch einmal wiederkommen und können dieses Haus jedem empfehlen.
