TWO BLOCKS TO BEALE STREET... says it all. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. You get what you pay for. Don't even consider somewhere that's more than a couple blocks from Beale, trust me, it's not worth it because a few blocks make a HUGE difference in downtown Memphis. This place is also 2 blocks from the Mississippi River.

This townhouse is on MAIN STREET right at Vance Avenue (map it) and only 2 blocks to Beale. The trolley goes right by the front of this place as do the horse drawn carriages. This new and luxury 2800 SqFt townhouse has a very fun vibe. It features 5 bedrooms, one is a pass thru. This place has a GATED driveway leading to the 2-car garage. I own these three townhouses in a row if you have a very large group.

Please note: There is NO CABLE at this location. We have all new Vizio TVs that come with free channels or you can login with your information via Hulo, Netflix, Sling, etc. We DO NOT provide logins to any streaming services.

Great location! Walkable to Beale st and other attractions! We were here for St Jude Marathon weekend and this property was super close to the start/finish lines. Host was also very quick to respond when we had a question!

Location to Beale is great. Had we know how horrible South Main Street was, we would have chosen a different location and forgotten South Main. Good luck on the sale of the property . Thanks for the ease of corresponding with you.

Property was as described. Common room is a bit small for a large group but manageable. Great location near Beale and FedEx for games. Main St is hit or miss as many storefronts are abandoned but there are great spots scattered throughout. Street noise was a major issue on Saturday night though that’s not the owners fault.

Went to memphis with friends and family to watch our son play a high-school basketball game at memphis stadium. Chose this very nice, clean, and well kept home for our stay. Very happy with it. Will definitely rent this place again when we go back during the WARMER times...lol

My overall stay was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the house. A few minor things to fix but overall nice home Few things: Probably need a new washer machine. The current one doesn’t spin out well at all. Clothes were supper soaked and tend to leave a sour smell (most blankets and towels were like this). The mosquitos in the front are atrocious. I would recommend getting some pest treatments or something to cut down the amount of mosquitoes that are present!!

Location was great. Close to many attractions.
We were looking for something close to Beale street and this fit the bill. Walking distance to many restaurants. The only real issue we faced was the weekend night noise outside well into the late night (til about 4am). Otherwise fine!

Great place for a younger crowd
This townhouse was a great property and centrally located - almost everything in downtown Memphis is in walking distance to the place. We felt very safe and secure. However this is not an accessible stay as all bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Additionally there are many bars and clubs nearby. Expect a lot of noise on the weekends late into the morning.

You can't get a better location for Memphis sightseeing. The townhouse was on the same block as several historical buildings, right between famous Beale St and the Civil Rights museum and walking distance to so many places of interest. With Location you also have the sounds of the city like the fire trucks from the station down the block and an occasional unruly group walking down the street. It does have a lot of stairs, including all the bedrooms being on the second and third floor. The beds were firm so if you prefer a soft bed, that could be an issue. There was plenty of comfy seating for our party of 6. The building is old but had several updates; it is very colorful as shown in the pictures. Internet connectivity was sufficient, but the tv did have limited channels. All in all, I would stay here again.

Location...Location...Location. Felt safe walking around the neighborhood and plenty of good restaurants and historic attractions nearby. Just nice not having to get into the car to see something. Folks could come and go as they please. Plenty of room for 5. I received a thumbs up from my buddies for picking this place. You're in downtown so don't expect a quiet suburban street. Part of the charm. Our thanks to the host!

Cool retro type building. Would work well for larger groups. Lots of stairs not well lit. to 3rd level. Kitchen adequate minus pans. Trolley right by front door. Nice bar/burger place across the street and breakfast place on corner.

Perfect location. Gorgeous stained glass windows. Quick replies. Some elements were shared that were not as clean as we had expected, and they offered to fix while we were there, but we declined for various reasons, one being it was just plain inconvenient. We were immediately told we should've told them upon arrival so, as they said, we could've found a different place and just gotten refunded. The bigger issue that arose from letting them know about some things like missing tp holder, dirty rugs, drawers, floors, and microwave, etc, was the way it was handled. At first, communicating was respectful and apologetic, but it took a turn. After sending photos as requested, it was downplayed we were complaining about nothing and was recommended that we just check out early and get a refund for days we didn't stay. I had my mom and daughter with me, so we didn't, to avoid the inconvenience of finding another place to stay for the remainder of our family trip. He assured me there were several open places we could go and asked us to check out again, as this didn't seem like the right fit for us.

Stairs, otherwise great
Since reviews are important to me I wanted to share that if anyone in your group has difficulty with stairs this place is not for you. The location is great and was perfect for my husband and siblings but I didn't notice or pay attention to comments on the stairs. You enter through the garage and climb 20 stairs to the kitchen. The first set of bedrooms are accessed from stairs, a landing and additional stairs. The remaining bedrooms and bathroom are located on the third floor of stairs. We plan on staying here on our next visit because the price and location is excellent. My parents used to vacation with us so I wanted others to know about the stairs because it would have been a problem if our parents had been with us.

Awesome location
This property is in the perfect location, it is a short walk to everything that you would want to do in Memphis. It is just a couple blocks from Beale Street in one direction and a couple blocks from the civil rights museum in the other direction. You are also within walking distance of the sports venues and the Peabody hotel. Owner is great to work with and quick with his communication. You can’t go wrong with this property!

Great Memphis Weekend
The property was just as described. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Being on Main Street offered the opportunity to feel the night time Memphis energy. Just a couple of blocks from Beale st and great location for walking or taking the street car. Would stay there again!
