A block away from Beale Street where all the bars & restaurants are. Also a block away from Fed Ex center for concerts & sporting events. Other sreets are scarce of people so the hotel is in an excellent location. Free breakfast gives you a good option of choices. Staff was not knowledgeable of city tours so you have to figure it out yourself. Uber is very reasonable and fast for the airport and tourist attractions. Room was large, beds were comfortable bathroom was adequate. No outside noise but my stay was Tues thru Thursday. Indoor pool and gym, neither was crowded. Other hotels you have to walk down isolated streets to get to Beale Street where all the action is & it becomes a bit scary.

Did not like that you could not choose to have heat or air conditioning without maintenance coming in to switch it on to what you wanted. Otherwise hotel was nice and staff were friendly and helpful.

Property was very nice and in a great location! Awesome breakfast! Only downside was that the elevator broke and we had to go down 5 flights of stairs with all of our luggage.

Beale St. has declined. Safety is a problem. Not at all what I wished to see. The environment is rough. Not the Blues music area it wants was. Sad to see, but when the police force needs to be as heavy as it was, and doors looked at sun down. Its time to find a new place to visit.

Convenient and walkable to Peabody and Beale street. OK area but not great. It was an enjoyable stay. Front desk gave minimum help when asked. Breakfast was nicely arranged and seating area was well kept.

Great stay! Yes, one elevator not working, but our wait for the one working elevator was never too long. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed on a Tuesday evening and did not find it noisy at all…though the hotel does provide ear plugs and a sign warning of noise due to location to Beale St. I presume it’s noisier on the weekends.
