It’s a very nice hotel in downtown, ten min walk away from Beale st and all the attractions. Breakfast was simple by delicious with a lot of dishes available a la Carte. The room itself could use some dusting, cleaning was every other day but the bed was never made, which isn’t the end of the world it’s just a bit unusual. Water pressure is very poor and the shower head doesn’t come off so it’s a little tricky :) overall a nice place but not perfect. We did enjoy our stay though!

Downtown Memphis stay for one night. Staff was great. Room was clean except for the shower. Overall I would stay again. It’s next to the Peabody that has a great bar and couple nice restaurants.

Our first room had a broken air conditioner in room 612. Then we switched to 212 which was also a clean room accept the bathroom. Before we even used the bathroom there was hair everywhere and the handicapped shower would leak all the way to the toilet. The bathroom floor after 1 use would stay soaked and either you wear shoes when you use the bathroom or we kept using all the towels to soak up water to prevent us and the kids from tripping. The room was totally clean. Next time we will look at the bathroom before we accept the room.

The room was very nice and clean. The only thing we didn’t care for was the barn door in the bathroom. the door wouldn’t stay closed and would roll open.

A great staff and great dining. I was in Memphis attending a funeral. The staff was extremely sensitive to my presence and went out their way. Special kudos to Ashton and the whole bar crew, They prepared a great dinner and overall timely service.

I had a reservation for a king room for days prior to my stay. I did the pre check in online the day before. Said check in time was 3:00 pm. We get there at 5:15 pm and was told our room was not ready and did not know when it would be ready. Offered to give us another room- that was exactly the same as the one that was booked except it was hearing impaired accessible- for more money. Me and my husband were in a bind because we had a concert to go to and needed to get ready quickly and call an Uber so we agreed to the more expensive room. My reservation was already non refundable so we couldn’t cancel the reservation. They should’ve given us to a room that was ready at no extra charge. Will never stay there again.

The property is fairly new. It is very clean and well-kept. Every staff member was very friendly and accommodating. Parking was easy but a bit expensive for Memphis. Location: an easy (3 blocks) walk to Beale Street.
