We got into room to oil or cream on bedside table , broken toilet seat , fridge leaked water onto the floor . Finally young poeple running around making noise and smoking canabus and you could sell it when the door opened .

Trip to Memphis
We were pleased that we were able to come in a day early due to hurricane Helene cutting our previous stay short. Our check in was great and she was so personable ( can’t remember her name) . Unfortunately there apparently was a large group that took several rooms for an event, they were loud troublesome and managed to smoke throughout the hotel including in their room next to us . Would stay again under better conditions.

Don't Go There
I have always relied on Holiday Inn Express being a good place to stay. This was not the case this time. The entire carpet was wet when we entered the room. My spouse slid on the tiled area outside of the bathroom because it was also wet. There was a hole in the bathroom wall that someone stuck a towel into. The pantry by reception was not well stocked. The staff other than housekeeping were rude. When we went for breakfast, all the food containers were empty or nearly empty. There was not coffee (container was empty) or cinnamon rolls. I let my spouse have the one bagel, the few eggs, and the bacon that was left. This was a horrible experience and one that I did not expect form IHG.
