My family of 6 stayed at this hotel for a weekend stay. The room was not stocked with bedding for the let out couch. Instead of housekeeping bringing it, we had to go down to get it. We called down to the desk at 6 am to inform them the tub was stopped up and we were told maintenance wasn’t there. We asked to be moved to another room because we needed to take showers and we were told the hotel was sold out. From the looks of the parking lot and traffic at the hotel that couldn’t be the case. We were never contacted back to have someone fix it. The room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. One of the elevators were out of service the entire stay. The “hot” items for breakfast was room temp or cold and the coffee was terrible. For the amount we paid for the stay I was not impressed.

We were in town for a baseball tournament. Upon check in , we waited 30-40 minutes for a front desk person to arrive . I went looking for said person and when I came upon her I stated “we have been waiting 30-40 minutes and just need to get checked in” she replied “no ma’am , you haven’t waited that long, it’s only me here and I had to step away but you sure didn’t wait that long ma’am no you sure didn’t.” Very unprofessional and argumentative. I replied and said okay, you’re right 30 minutes isn’t THAT LONG. Meanwhile there were 6 people in the lobby waiting for her. Very rude and unprofessional, instead of saying I’m sorry about the wait, she wanted to give the rudest look and argue. Mind you there are cameras so I hope their boss watches the time away from the desk.

When we arrived in our room there was a cockroach in it. We were told "when it rains, it happens", and they weren't going to do anything about it. Once we told them we needed a new room ,they did find us another room to stay in but there were no more suites so we had to downgrade and didn't get any money back.
