Walkable to local restaurants, Beale Street and the ballpark! Very close to Civil Rights museum and Hotel Lorraine. The area around the hotel is up and coming. Lots of construction projects. Every employee we encountered was so pleasant and helpful. Southern hospitality at its best. Great rooms and lovely bathrooms. Overall excellent hotel!

The man at the front desk early August 21st was strange and not helpful when I asked about a lost item. He looked at like I was crazy. Room needs some minor updates and cleaning but it was good overall.

The property was nice, but the front desk staff ruined my experience at the end of our stay. I’m from Texas and used to great customer service! This place either has extremely strict check out rules or a front desk girl that was new or having a bad day. Hopefully they figure it out.

There was no TV remote in the room. The toilet paper holder was broken and the wallpaper peeling. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The parking is $22 and NO free breakfast.

Awesome amenities, I would like to come back and spend 3 days at this hotel. It is very close to Beale Street. When I come back, I will hang out at the pool and listen the great music on the free juke box in between visit to Beale Street
