Great Stay Will Book Again!!

My stay here was amazing. I visit to see family who is in the hospital during a very sensitive time in my life and I am so happy I picked this hotel. The staff was amazing the entire stay and so helpful. The free breakfast every morning was great and plenty to choose from. The coffee and tea was great. Everyone was nice, helpful, and friendly. The incidental fees were super high. Cashier swiped my card twice charging my card 300.00 in these fees and overdrafting my account. Room was already paid for and the fees were twice what I paid for the room. The hold came off of one charge but the other one cleared the bank so I paid for the room twice. Nice place but not worth all the extra hidden fees

Beautiful Germantown Location

The Germantown location was very nicely decorated for the Christmas holiday and it was very neat and clean all throughout the hotel. We enjoyed the early morning breakfast and the great southern hospitality.
