Other then not having handicap room everything went well. Beds was sleep able I slept almost 10 hours. Continental breakfast was wonderful.

Surprised at this gem of a hotel. Security in the parking area all night. Limited staff due to self check-in, but the ones we saw were top-notch. Access to some drinks and treats would be nice, and understand that is coming. Will use again!

The air conditioning could have worked better and the carpet had the not clean look/feel to it, we kept our shoes on. The beds were comfy!! When it is done being renovated I bet it will be great!

Beautiful hotel
I loved my stay. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff that was there was very nice. The only problem I had was the hair dryer didn't work and there was no one to bring me another one. I text the number by the door and got no response. I love the booking process and everything it was quick and easy.

The outside of the property does not equate the inside. The outside was not very well lit but their was a security guard stationed in the parking lot. The minimal decor in the lobby was a clean, fresh appearance. It seems the property was previously another hotel. The remodeling was average. The hallways are not air conditioned in this sweltering Memphis heat. But the in-room air unit made up for it. Our bathroom door would not shut properly and the toliet barely flushed. The walls are thin and you could clearly hear other guests' converations in the hall way and in your room. . The minimalist design carried over to the rooms. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. The in-shower toiletries were brand name and we're appreciated. Overall, the hotel was average. The modern check-in procedures were a nice touch (although my QR code didn't work) but some of the old-fashioned hotel appointments could use some attention. There are currently more renovations underway so these comments may not apply during your stay. Headed to the continental breakfast, hopefully it will be great. The on-site staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, I called the support number abot QR code They returned my call promptly.

Clean, convenient would stay again.
Had opportunity with the digital check in and getting hotel key. Called the local staff number and immediately answered and resolved any issue with no issues. Room clean and update to date. Lobby was very clean and decorated nicely but lots of construction happening.

Hotel still under renovation
Overall stay was good. We were surprised that the hotel amenities like the bar, restaurant etc were not open yet. When we made the reservation we were under the impression that is was a full service hotel newly opened and ready!!They are still working on it. Elevator was not updated/dirty. Hotel entrance was very nice. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good.

Can't wait to see finished product
Guessing we got this room so cheap because it had only been re-opened a couple of weeks after renovations, which apparently are continuing throughout the property. It was sparsely populated and utilized virtual check-ins, which was just fine with us. Super-nice place and it more than served its purpose. Hope to stay here again, although I'm sure prices will rise once all renovations are complete and they are fully open again.

Great service but major issues with room amenities
We were in a rush to leave for an event in the morning, I wish the breakfast had some sort of protein other than a boiled egg. When I settled in, the Water was lukewarm, I was so excited to take a hot bath :( The drain stopper didn’t work so I couldn’t even take my lukewarm bath because the water kept draining. Also my iron was cracked leaking water so it was difficult ironing my shirt. The customer service was wonderful and the room was cleaned well. Just these major things I really needed to utilize I couldn’t.
