We came in town for a night and chose this hotel because of the price and great reviews. I was kinda skeptical when I booked it because of the area and price. It did not disappoint. The lobby is bright and clean with a luxury feel. I love the online check in process, it made arriving and getting to our room seamless. The hotel does not have a front desk but they do have a concierge that sits at the right of the entrance. She gave us a quick greeting and got to use the card with the electronic door locks. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The soap and conditioner dispensers were empty, not a big deal for us since we always travel with our own. The hotel is located in a business district in a not so great neighborhood but the property is completely gated with security and cameras on the property. Close by is an IHOP. Overall we were not disappointed and had a good stay. We typically stay in the more pricey hotels and I can say this hotel is definitely comparable

Newer property. Centrally located near Memphis. Beautiful interior and very comfortable rooms. Breakfast was ok, with extra offerings for a fee. Staff needed to keep breakfast supplies and basics like eating utensils better supplied. Didn’t like the online checkin and I saw several people requesting help with it.

The hotel was very nice. Overall I had no problems. The area around the hotel always had a strong smell of marijuana. All of the hotels I saw in the area were gated so it’s possibly an unsafe area. The hotel does have security but I only saw them inside the hotel. There was a security car always parked by the entrance but I didn’t see anyone in it and the gates were always open.
