WE DO NOT RENT TO LOCALS! Spacious 2 bed 2bath. Your family will be close to Elvis Presley and near the downtown area. The home is newly, rebuilt and everything is up to date. Equipped with 2 smart tvs, Wi-Fi and a privacy fence.
The space
Welcome to our home! This home has been completely remodeled, top to bottom to give our guests the comfort they deserve. There is a security door and panel door at the front entrance and one panel door on the side entrance.

Guest access
You’ll be able to access entire unit with plenty of yard space. There is a lock on a closet that is not to be entered. The front door is the main entry/exit. The back door can be used while on the property but is to be locked from the inside anytime you leave the property.

Please rate your experience based on your stay with me specifically and not the South Memphis area. I will do anything I can to best accommodate you.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Beale Street. The holiday home offers free WiFi and 2 bathrooms.

Did not stay because it’s in the low income area!!!! The property is located by abandoned houses and the grass wasn’t cut, the driveway under construction is mud and a rat crossed the street from the home!!! Not safe

Great - once you get there!
The property was very clean and had great amenities such as a whole house entertainment/music system and high end security. You just have to swallow hard and stomach the neighborhood as it’s not in the nicest part of town. But, once you get there, we felt very safe and secure.

Comfy little home
Home is cute and very comfortable for your stay. It is well supplied. Parking was off the street and behind the fence. Neighborhood left me happy that there were cameras on all sides of the property.

MEMPHIS HOUSE
The property was so clean and smelled so amazing. It was a very comfy house. Our only issue with it was the neighborhood. It was a sketchy area. There's a sign on one of the buildings that lets you know its section 8 housing in the neighborhood. There was a lot of garbage on the sidewalks but there's a lot of that in Memphis. But for the price of this listing I can't complain much because it was super affordable. I hate to even mention the neighborhood because I feel like it takes away from the house and someone has really took pride in the home and spent a lot of money to make it nice but I did want to give an honest review. All in all it was a super nice house but we aren't used to city life and this wasn't for us.
