Comfort and a touch of luxury
This hotel provides a comfortable and welcoming stay. We did not use the amenities (spa, gym) as we were only staying there for a day on our way to Uco valley.

Loved this hotel. We got an upgrade via Expedia to a corner Mountain View room which was huge. Excellent selection at the included breakfast buffet restaurant. A ton of restaurants, most with outside cafe seating in both directions from the hotel. A safe, happening neighborhood. Mendoza was our favorite city on the trip. Be prepared for lots of wine and beef!

All digital card. However when we had trouble accessing the application to load the digital card, the check staff treated us badly (like we were digitally challenged) it was insulting. He then gave us a bad time about getting physical card and I had to ask four times. When I asked for a second card for my husband he refused. He never shared food discount and I had to ask about that at the check out time. Staff not friendly at all.

Phenomenal stay at the Diplomatic Hotel
We had a wonderful time. The service was exceptional from the time we arrived till we checked out. We spoke very little Spanish but they accommodated us willing. We were upgraded to a very spacious room that was beautifully decorated. This hotel definitely feels high end and luxurious. Only drawback was the sauna was out on the men's locker room and we couldn't get an iron for our room. The had to do the ironing themselves which they charged for. That felt like they were nickel and dining us and it was pricey. Otherwise we had a great stay

Muy mal modo y poca predisposición del personal de check in, 20 min para hacer el ingreso, se les reclamó varias veces la lavandería, el tema es que el hotel 5* no tiene y mandan la ropa afuera del mismo. Deja mucho que desear la atención y la calidez del servicio, no volveremos si tenemos otra oportunidad.

The hotel is good, the room and the view are amazing. The stuff is great. Only one disappointment - my jumper shrunk during the laundry. They washed it according to the recommendation but drying is standard and very hot. To be fair the stuff tried to help, even late at night, which is really appreciated. They took it back and tried to stretch which worked but only temporarily, it shrunk again later.
