Thai is a really nice hotel, in a great location at the city center. It’s very clean and well organized, and the staff is at most professional and helpful!

A nice enough hotel however we were more than 24 hours without hot water and the staff could not promise when it would come back on, this is not acceptable for a hotel of this price and quality. The staff were however kind enough to arrange alternative accommodation at the nearby Sheraton, which was lovely.
