The hotel was in a great location and the lady on the front desk was very personable and friendly. However, after this completely shambolic - water damage due to broken jacuzzi above my room, they didn’t seem to care, gave me a cheap bottle of wine the day before checking out so not practical and the ceiling looked as though it was going to let water in, the noise was so loud with it on as was next door who had screaming matches at 7 am, walls are too thin. Incredibly dated, safe didn’t work and spent hours trying to sort but lack of communication meant I felt it was my fault, but the instructions weren’t correct and it had an override to any code, I understand they want to save energy but no fresh towels in 4 days, no minibar price list or QR and the WiFi didn’t work for 3 days in my room. With no English channels, noise from next door and upstairs jacuzzi I couldn’t do any work and wandered the streets instead. Considering this was the upgraded room, this is a really bad hotel

Friendly and helpful desk staff. Helped us with winery tours and recommendations that were very good. There are very many good restaurants in walking distance and very safe walking at all times. First night no hot water which was a little inconvenient but was rectified by the morning. Breakfast area is well maintained and food selection was very good.

A very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you! The only complain we have is the bad soundproofing. We got a huge room, everything was very nice! But we heard very loud voices from the room next to us. No cars, no elevator, everything was really fine..!. But bring earplugs with you. In case you have loud neighbours. Not everyone is well behaved?!...we also loved the breakfast. (You get an excellent fruit salad there!! )

I loved the size of the room. The space provided for a dining area came in handy. Wifi was very good. Breakfast was great and service was attentive. On the front desk Emilia became my collaborator and she helped me find my way around and offered suggestions of where to find restaurants and shopping. Great job on her part.
