In the heart of Sologne Bourbonnaise, come and discover this farmhouse, adjoining that of the owner. Ideally located, you will have access to the wealth of the surrounding countryside while being only 14 km from PAL. You will live immersed in a farm where sheep, horses, a cat and a dog live together, not to mention the two donkeys. Your animals are welcome on the enclosed grounds of the accommodation! The cottage is on one level. The entrance room is also the large and charming fully equipped kitchen. It has an insert (wood provided), which will allow you to enjoy a gentle warmth in season. A pleasant living room will offer you good times with your family. The first bedroom, intended for children, is composed of 2 beds 90x190cm. These are trundle beds that can possibly offer 2 other extra beds. The bedroom closes with a curtain and opens onto the living room. The master suite has 1 bed 160x190cm, as well as a bathroom area (shower), double sink unit and washing machine, without partition. A separate toilet is also included in this room.
