El hotel no es a como está en la plataforma, está en muy malas condiciones y nada que ver. Por favor evítense el ir, a como nosotros llegamos nos retiramos, porque la habitación estaba en muy malas condiciones, incluso había agua en el piso con la cual me resbake

When i first arrived i was given a first floor room, it was nasty, disgusting, with lots of mildew all over the falling paint walls, it had this nasty rotten smell, it was terrible, i immediately walked out to the front dest to complain & to ask for another room the front person was very nice and and gave me a totally different roon upstairs, I had a nice experience after that, room was clean, quiet, pool clean, laundry is next door, nice experience!

Cheap, quiet, you get what you pay for.
Deceiving. The front has been remodel. The rooms are completely outdated. Very small. Cons. They were cheap. not complaining. It's safe, quiet and private.

We showed up early and the front desk person was not helpful. When we were finally allowed in to our room, there were no towels. We asked for some and they didn't have any. We couldn't leave until we showered and had to wait a few hours until We finally got some at 16:00. Poor service all around.

Hotel El Sid is located a couple of blocks from parque santiago. the neighborhood is very qyuiet, very close to el centro, the parque has dancing on tuesday nights to the sounds of big bands and everyone dances. one block from bus routes to celestun, progresso, etc. There is a pool, no restaurant at the hotel, but lots of cafes in the market at parque santiago...movie theater, grocery store, a couple of pharmacies...i found it ideal.

Que pena que las fotos..con las cuales uno evalúa..la estancia.. no sean las del hotel..no se dónde las sacan... Pero nada que ver... Sucias las habitaciones..malolientes..pintura cayéndose ... Cucarachas..televisiones que no sirven.... Una muy mala experiencia... La chica de la recepción muy amable.. tratando de ser eficiente...pero las instalaciones..pésimas..y eso no es culpa de ella..es del dueño..tendré mucho más cuidado en una próxima ocasión...pero ahí...no vuelvo..ni aunque fuera gratis el hospedaje
