There was nothing to complain about this hotel. The rooms are really big, spacious and comfortable, well lit and clean. And despite the heat of Merida we never suffered. I think it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. A lot better than bigger name hotels in the city. And the staff was really helpful and attentive. All in all the best stay I’ve had

I always use this hotel when I go to Merida, quite place, the only minimal issue is the elevator is slow but despite that the hotel is in a good shape.

El hotel es muy cómodo y habitaciones modernas. Buen lugar para descansar, cerca del centro, está sobre una avenida si te dan habitación sobre la avenida algo ruidoso, tiene una piscina también muy cómoda.

The A/C took a long time to cool the room down. TheTV didnt pick up the internet well. The internet kept buiffering. The room was pretty clean but the shower needed cleaned. The front staff was always welcoming. Itvwas close to Centro.

Very basic, clean rooms, great service
Front desk: friendly people. Bathroom: clean Beds: clean…a bit hard mattress but awesome pillows. AC works well. Wi-fi works a little slow. The only disadvantage is that I did not have a car and there’s no stores or restaurants nearby. Walking a few blocks with Merida’s weather can be challenging. Uber is great and affordable in Mexico, so I recommend it to get around is staying at Mid Hotel
