The room that I stayed in was a little tired and worn but it was big with plenty of storage space for luggage & clothing. The pool was clean & refreshing with plenty of loungers & chairs. The hotel had a stack of nice, new mattresses in the entrance so they were making improvements to some of the rooms.

The room had bed bugs. The A/C unit did not work properly. The beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom was too small. The only things that were good was the price and the pool.

The hotel is nowhere near a 4 star hotel. Its cruddy, our AC had wires hanging, the shower looked like it belong to 80s high school locker room. The shower head hasn;t been clean and it was clogged, so almost impossible to rinse out shampoo out of your hair. There were 2 towels provided, no hand towels or floor towel/mat. There was no mini fridge in the room, not a coffee maker. The pool tiles haven't been cleaned and the bottom was very slimy. Overall wouldn't stay at this place ever again, even if someone was to pay me for it.

La propiedad no cuenta con suficientes toallas, pedimos 2 toallas extras y nos comentaron que no tenían más, la plancha no funcionan bien, el ascensor tarda mucho en subir y solo tiene capacidad para 3 personas. La piscina cuenta con daños, una menor de edad se corto el pie con un vitro piso roto. La ubicación de la propiedad es céntrica, segura y tranquila.
