Staff was good, parking is tough. No elevator. Our bathroom door has scratch marks from the dogs. Pool looked dirty. Very clean hotel in the rooms, lobby, etc

Strong chemical smell in the rooms, cheaper rooms have no windows, noisy outside (sound like a school next door), no restaurants in proximity, unfriendly service, terrible breakfast. Never again!

We booked for a combination of location, price, and amenities. It's a nice hotel, clean, quiet, comfortable including the beds. Breakfast was included in our booking but as I noticed on reviews elsewhere beforehand, it did turn out to be light with just fruit, toast, coffee and juice so anyone accustomed to a larger breakfast would want to supplement with additional items they have available for purchase (i.e. eggs).

We had the room closest to the street and elevator. I was assuming we would t get much sleep. I was expecting lots of noise. To my surprise it was very quiet and I slept great. I would stay here again!

En general bueno solo no hay cajones de estacionamiento aunque dan opciones fuera del hotel. Aun cuando hay elevador no lo tiene funcionando lo podría ser un problema para personas discapacitadas o cuando llevas equipaje pesado

La recepcionista que esta en la tarde es cero empatica y pesima actitud de servicio, parace que llegamos a incomodarla, no esta al pemdiente del ingreso de vehículos para ver la dimensión de ellos y sugerir estacionarse, esto porque el estacionamiento es muy chico
