"Eka huoneeseen mentyä toinen vuoteista, kun päiväpeitto vedettiin pois, lakana oli täysin roskainen. Valitimme, ja meille annettiin heti uusi huone. Kuitenkin olimme jo ehtineet purkaa matkatsvaramme ja vaatteeme, joten jouduimme pakkaamaan ne uudelleen ja siirtymään toiseen, ylemmässä kerroksessa olevaan huoneeseen. Tämä oli jo toinen kerta, kun Ilunion-hotellien palvelu tökkäsi. Kummallakaan kertaa, ei pienintäkään elettä, että olisi jotain hyvitetty. Edellinen koski aamupaloj, jolloinka seuruemme yksi pariskunta joutui maksamaan aamupalat viideltä päivältä, vaikka eivät kertaakaan käyneet aamiaisilla. Eli reissaamme verrattain paljon.
