A great location and lovely clean room. The staff and owner were friendly and welcoming. Gardens are wonderful. We'd very happily stay here again when visiting Merimbula.

Property lovely and clean, new carpets going in the day we checked out, even though the old carpet didn't look that bad. Really friendly owners who obviously take great pride in their establishment, lovely gardens. Easy walk to town for dinner etc.

We were greeted with a smile upon arrival and taken to our room which was roomy and clean. It was located close to the shops and within walking distance. Would stay there again as we were made very welcome and to feel part of the family
