The noise level was beyond acceptable, kareoke party downstairs until midnight then loud guests up until 2 pm. Filthy reception area. Breakfust was crousont and coffee only at resteraunt, no a typical b&b experience!

Love this charming hotel
This hotel was wonderful. It had charm and was clean and cute. I loved the balcony overlooking the piazza and the cathedral. My only complaint was the 'free breakfast'. I think I would rather pay. The store where the coupon works for free breakfast weren't so kind and you just got a pastry and a cappucino for breakfast for free. It's probably worth it to find somewhere to pay for breakfast. The hosts were very nice and accomodating. I loved this hotel.

Ubicazione ottimale in pieno centro storico .Stanza molto ampia ma spoglia. Impossibilità di appendere gli abiti per mancanza dell’asta nell’armadio. Assenza di un supporto per aprire la valigia. Frigo senza neanche una bottiglietta di acqua. Musica fino a tarda notte nella piazza centrale che richiederebbe finestre acusticamente isolate. Convenzione per colazione con bar distante e scadente. Peccato perché basterebbe un po’ di cura per gestire una location di valore , posta in un bel contesto e offerta ad una cifra di tutto rispetto
