Requested a refund upon discovering drug activity at this establishment, but they never returned my calls or emails. I ended up forfeiting the full cost of one night due to their cancellation fee policy. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

This property should be condemned. Had I not absolutely needed a place to stay for the night due to fatigue from driving I would not have stayed. Shameful that Economy Lodge name is even associated with such a place. Go there and see for yourself. I deserve a refund.

I booked and prepaid for rooms for employees traveling for business. Upon arrival at the hotel, my crew was advised they had no rooms. It was not late, the hotel just had no rooms. They took my money and reservation. I have yet to be refunded.

Booked my stay online but qhen i got to the hotel i was told that i needed to cancel my reservation because they had no available rooms because of some sort of contract or something. The lady at the front desk was very nice about the whole deal and said she would verify and authorize my refund so i was as satisfied as i could be and left to find a different place to stay. Upon che king in at an establishment a few blocks away i called customer service (who was very helpful) and started the refund process. Ustomer service took all the information and put me on hold to call the hotel that turnwd me away only to come back on the line and inform me that there was no answer there. There was a follow up request and now 2 days later i still havent recieved a confirmation on my refund.

They overbooked and essentially told me "oh well" & I was stuck to find a place to crash for the night after driving 5 hours into town! Very unprofessional, and not helpful at all. The lady at the front desk had an attitude with me as if I was wrong that she overbooked.

Property had no power Nor water and wanted to offer me a "give you a very good price" if I wanted to stay there....upon calling about a refund for reservations, staff was very rude... Wouldn't let my dog stay there.

Worst Motel in Georgia
They sold our room after having reservations. Then they refused to refund my money. They lady at the desk said there was nothing they could do. Will NEVER book another room through hotels.com, because they would not do anything about it either. The rate was $ 160 for 2 nights that they kept, still with no room.

Quality Control Visit Needed from Management
I own a business myself, just visit the place one time and you'll understand. I also reserved two rooms and when I got onsite they only said I had one. I got charged for a third room, it was too late in the night to worry about it. In her defense maybe system glitch and can be sorted out later.

nasty place to stay. Never will we book a stay here again. Black bugs in bed sheets, toilet wouldn’t stop running, people loitering around steps to get to our room. No coffee as it was described in the listing.Our real rating would be a 0 out 10. I would have rather paid more and stayed somewhere that we didn’t have to check out before 5AM due to conditions of the room and hotel.
