I would’ve given 5 stars but we needed an iron so asked front desk for one. I waited 10 minutes and nothing. I called them again and the guy said “the guy is on his way with the iron” so I waited and again nobody showed up. I called the third time and and nobody answered. I called a again and this time a lady lady answered and I explained the iron situation to her and she said “I am aware of the situation, the iron is on the way” but the iron never came! So we decided to go to our event without ironing our clothes. We never received an apology or nothing!

We check in early, very nice but when we get to our room, the bed had dirty sheets, was very dirty not change hair all over the sheets and alot stains, also you can see someone else sleeps on does sheets. I call front desk and request the bed to get change, Last month I stay also and the same problem, I didn't say anything because I don't want to complain but yesterday's was worst-case.

Beware price comparison. Price of hotel is very similar to Lucerna & Araiza's price, so naturally I was expecting the same type of hotel. The reason I stayed here compared to the other 2 mentioned was to the proximity of the event I was attending. Oh surprise when I got there, it is obvious that hotel was once a top tier hotel, but no longer. From arriving, I noticed the check in guy, with a terribly wrinkled shirt, so Im assuming there is no standards on employees to dress appropriately, unless he was a manager which it is worse. Parking facility is not safe, old and no guard on duty as the other 2 hotels. Building is clean but old, needs renovation. In room, minimal towels provided, one as a matter of fact had yellow stains and some hairs on it. Room was clean but too old. Would I stay here again? Yes but NOT AT THAT PRICE. This hotel should charge half price of what it is currently charging. Not at the rate compared to the other 2 big hotels.
