Hotel has worn and dingy towels
I am pleased with my stay. I go to Mexicali 4 times a year. This is my preferred hotel. I am happy with cleanliness, Employees courtesy and kindness. Only one complain - Towels need to be replaced! Presently they are thinned out and a brownish color (Dingy) I can’t imagine using them. I always take my own towels! Thank you

La habitacion no muy limpia, pelo en el lavado de manos. Una toalla manchada como que no se cambio y no lo notaron Las sabanas y almohadas de la cama se miran gris y amarrillas de tanto uso o mal lavado El personal muy grato y hacen lo mejor ellos. Pero deben invertir en nueva ropa para camas y toallas El desayuno muy buen servicio

This is by far the worst experience! It was dirty, basic necessities like the toilet did not work and unsafe. It was so bad that within 30 minutes upon arrival we booked a different hotel. We lost the money we paid but our safety comes above all.

It's a fair cost benefit option, but I think you can improve the details like the towels and bed sheets state, mine was worn and had clorine stains. It's a very good place to stay but I think we cannot ask for more by the rate I paid.
