Third time visiting CDMX. This hotel is in the heart of trendy Roma Norte. Staff are friendly and doing their best to help. We are light sleepers therefore asked for a quiet room when we booked it. And yet, we were placed in a room on the 1st floor right near the elevator and the breakfast area. Staff were very helpful and put us in another room on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately, the bay window fails to reduce any noise from the street. We still didn’t get much sleep during our stay. Unless you could get a room facing the courtyard and on higher levels, I am sure you will also have hard time getting good sleep.

Noisy, under construction and needs improvement. The place looks beautiful and location is great but it’s noisy and not worth the money. The cleaning was very poor, the housekeeper used my washcloth to clean the sink and did not leave a fresh one. Staff were not very helpful and the noise from other guests at all hours was so so constant I couldn’t sleep.

El departamento superó mis expectativas. Muy limpio, todo nuevo y de muy buen gusto. La ubicación muy buena también. Lo único malo es que por la noche entraba luz por la ventana del dormitorio porque enfrente hay un hospital con demasiada iluminación durante toda la noche.

The staff at 134 were friendly and helpful. They assisted us with check in/out, navigating the building and even paid for our taxi (without hesitation) because we didn't have the right form of money. The only downside is the windows are not sound proof (we were on second floor) and therefore evening traffic was easily heard in our apartment. We would definitely stay again! Thanks!

I had a pleasant experience with some minor setbacks. The space itself was fantastic — the rooms were spacious and beautifully lit, creating a welcoming and airy atmosphere. I especially loved the balcony, which offered a serene spot to relax. The kitchen was well-equipped with plates, silverware, and cups, making it easy to prepare meals or enjoy takeout comfortably. The bathroom design was nice, and the trees at the entrance, along with the extra sitting areas, added a peaceful vibe to the property. Additionally, the location was excellent. Roma Norte felt safe and was incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the flexibility of a one-hour extended checkout. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. One of the towels provided had makeup stains, which was disappointing. More concerning was the cleanliness of the bathroom. Upon arrival, there was hair left around the space, and unfortunately, it was still there after the cleaning staff came on the second day. This oversight detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the bathtub had issues with water pooling, which was inconvenient. Despite these cleanliness concerns, the property has many great features, and with improved attention to detail from the cleaning staff, it could easily become a top-tier accommodation in the Roma Norte area. I would still recommend it for its spacious rooms and great location.

This is an exceptionally clean property with friendly staff. It’s well-located within Roma Norte and walkable to Condesa. There are innumerable great restaurants within blocks, both small and unassuming as well as those written up on “places to go” lists — and all of them were excellent. The apartment is super spacious and well equipped. A very pleasant stay!

This property is so unique, beautiful and safe. Plus the premises are beautiful with lots of coffee shops and restaurants close by. A yoga studio in the property which is so lovely. I truly enjoyed and felt sad checking out. I will definitely come back again

Nice place and great location.
Great place but neighbors a bit noisy. Could hear a dark barking all day and woman coughing all night. But very nice staff. Breakfast is basically just packaged things like yogurt and granola bars

Excelente...una casa fuera de casa!
La propiedad esta muy bien ubicada, funcional, limpia...todo excelente. Por el momento no cuentan con una area destinada a desayunos pero en eso estan. Frente hay un cafe que sirve avo-toasts deli y un cafe muy bueno. Junto hay un estudio de yoga...en fin todo hay para disfrutar unos dias en la zona y llegar a un espacio para recargar y descansar. Me encanto Cuadra 134!
